We are thrilled to announce the upcoming Startup Weekend Brussels event, which will take place from March 31st to April 2nd, 2023. This is an exciting opportunity for everyone who is interested in entrepreneurship and innovation to come together and learn the basics of founding successful ventures.

During this event, participants will have the opportunity to pitch their ideas, form teams, and work together to create new businesses over the course of a weekend. Throughout the event, they will be guided by experienced mentors, who will provide guidance and advice to help them turn their ideas into reality.

Friday

• 6:30 pm - 7:00 pm: Registration and welcome at the event location
• 7:00 pm - 7:30 pm: Introduction to Startup Weekend
• 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm: Participants' one-minute pitches of their startup ideas
• 8:30 pm - 9:00 pm: Voting among all participants to select the top projects
• 9:00 pm - 12:00 am: Pitchers of the ideas form a team (5 to 8 people) and begin to work on their idea until midnight

Saturday

• 9:00 am - 9:30 am: Breakfast at ICAB
• 9:30 am - 12:00 pm: Participants work on their ideas with coaches available to help them at ICAB
• 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm: Lunch provided at ICAB
• 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm: Participants continue to work on their ideas with coaches available to help them at ICAB
• 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm: Dinner provided at ICAB
• 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm: Participants continue to work on their ideas

Sunday

• 8:00 am - 9:00 am: Breakfast at ICAB
• 9:00 am - 12:00 pm: Participants continue to work on their ideas while preparing their 5-minute pitches
• 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm: Lunch provided at ICAB
• 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm: Participants dry-run their pitches
• 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm: Final preparations for pitches
• 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm: Presentations of 5-minute pitches in front of the jury
• 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm: Jury deliberations
• 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm: Award ceremony and closing remarks
