Brussels Centre for Food Expertises (BRUCEFO)
The Brussels Centre for Food Expertises BRUCEFO supports companies active in the food sector, by verifying the quality of the food and the products they produce and by providing technical assistance. The activities of this laboratory thus contribute to improving the quality of the products and allowing the development of new projects.
BRUCEFO's main mission is to provide support to companies in the food sector by:
performing a wide range of of microbiological and chemical analyses . All of these analyses are performed in accordance with a quality management system.
providing technical assistance and expert advice to food companies based on a broad knowledge of food science and the corresponding legal framework. Its experts can provide recommendations to improve the quality of food products.
