Which employers and recruitments are targeted?

Brussels SMEs (European definition - FR) hiring disadvantaged workers through Actiris can benefit from a professional transition bonus for 12 months. However, in most cases, they are required to provide the worker with at least 240 hours of professional company training. This training must be approved by Bruxelles Formation or the VDAB in advance.

The professional transition premium can be obtained for jobseekers registered with Actiris at the time of their recruitment, and is subject to them corresponding to specific profiles.

Terms of intervention

A premium of €125 - 500 per month is granted for a maximum of 12 months, and only for the months during which the worker is paid remuneration. The monthly premium amount can in no case exceed the net monthly remuneration paid to the worker.
