The Brussels Centre for Intercultural Action (CBAI) seeks to promote initiatives that enable individuals and groups to build joint-action and life projects.

With the aim of supporting community-based work, the Centre:

  • Provides an online directory of associations in the Brussels-Capital Region.

  • Helps with the drafting of articles of association for ASBLs.

  • Helps with the processes of preparing local projects, particularly in the fields of communication and intercultural cohabitation.

  • Designs and helps with projects by assisting in the preparation of grant application files and by establishing links with the funding bodies.

  • Organises networking events for associations.

  • Organises information and training sessions: administrative and financial management of an ASBL, history of social movements in Belgium, introduction to the Belgian institutional landscape, etc.
