2,350 m² of office premises and fully-equipped scientific laboratories

The administrative spaces are 14m², 28 m², and 42 m² modules that can be combined thanks to interior doors. They are furnished and fully-equipped (telephone/Internet). 14 m² modules can receive 1 or 2 workstations, and 28 m² modules can receive up to 4 workstations.

The laboratory spaces are 28 m² modules that can be combined thanks to the interior doors in each partition wall. The laboratories can benefit from different levels of finishing according to the needs of each company. They are completely empty (to be equipped by the enterprise), equipped with simple work furniture, or a complete range of furniture including laboratory benches, the wiring needed to install extractors, and/or ventilated cabinets. The laboratory spaces benefit from air conditioning and access to the telephone and Internet network.

A shared office facility

The BLSI incubator provides 3 meeting rooms of 14 m² and 1 meeting room of 28 m². In addition, a multi-purpose room of 28 to 56 m² can be used for meetings or conferences for up to 35 people. 

A cafeteria, kitchen, and break room allow occupants to share their experiences.

BLSI's premises are at the heart of the UCLouvain in Brussels/ Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, near Zaventem airport (5 km) and at the heart of the motorway network (E40-E411-Ring de Bruxelles) – Metro: Vandervelde.
