This 2000m2 space hosts around thirty independent and complementary organizations offering their services to carry out basic, high-end or cutting-edge work, or even tasks yet to be invented…

  • Office shared with other communication trades.
  • Personalized welcome for your guests in 3 languages.
  • 8 meeting rooms (free to use) for up to 10 people, plus a 6-person meeting room in your own office.
  • Wireless (wifi) or cable broadband internet access
  • Various catering options with: salad bar, sandwiches, soups, burgers, desserts, drinks & green boxes for your business dinners.

Specific programmes or tools offered

The Growth Accelerator is an intensive 18-month program combining the full range of individual and group growth support services included in the office rent.

The SWOT analysis we set up for the tenant is included in the rent. This enables you to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats surrounding your company or a particular project. You'll use this strategic tool on a weekly basis to identify the actions you need to take to develop your business while boosting your competitiveness.
