Business centres

A business centre is an organisation that helps young companies to set up and to expand their activities. To do this, it not only provides office space and storage, it also offers a range of shared facilities such as secretarial services, meeting rooms, etc. (plug & play solution). Using a business centre does not therefore require any initial investment.

For a flat fee, you can benefit from all the necessary logistics services. Contracts are usually extremely flexible and can be adapted to your requirements. Extra space can easily be rented in the event that your activity expands.

1. Public business centres

The Brussels-Capital Region supports 8 business centres in Brussels. These have been created in various districts for which the Region’s policy is to provide socio-economic support. Some are aimed at specific types of businesses, while others aim to serve the broader community of young business creators.

These are:

Euclides in 1070 Brussels

Pepibru in 1070 Brussels

Dansaert in 1000 Brussels

The Ateliers des Tanneurs in 1000 Brussels

M-Village in 1030 Brussels

The Lustrerie in 1030 Brussels

The Molenbeek business centre in 1080 Brussels

Village Partenaire in 1060 Brussels

They offer:

  • space at competitive prices as well as a reception infrastructure adapted to your requirements that will enable you to establish a solid network;
  • experts in the management and creation of businesses in Brussels who will advise you on managing a successful project;
  • a wide range of services dedicated to business owners.

You can consult availability at business centres (FR) via Citydev's property search engine.

2. Private business centres.

Naturally, there is also a series of entirely private business centres. They are based on the same principle and also offer promising solutions for business start-ups. A large number of private business centres is listed on the Belgian Workspace Association site. You can filter the results by region.
You can also use the "Who can help" module on this site to find location possibilities.
