The association's goal is the promotion of active citizenship for all.
It aims to get rid of economic, legal, and political exclusion, namely in the workplace, in housing, health, social security, social aid, and legal aid.
In that respect, its objectives are the creation and implementation of means allowing all citizens to know their rights, exercise them, and collectively organise in order to be able to defend or promote them using the broadest information, legal aid, adapted training, and support from collective organisations.
It has 3 services:
Employment/Social Security service:

Labour law: employment contract, work of foreigners, time credit, part-time employment, student work, maternity leave and work separation...

Social security for salaried or self-employed workers: medical care insurance and compensation - mutual, family allowance, unemployment insurance and related matters such as the ACTIVA plan, retirement and survivor's pension, independent status as principal or ancillary activity, work accidents and occupational disease, benefits for disabled people...
Appointment:
- You can come by with or without an appointment as well as phone us: Tuesdays from 9 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 4 pm - Wednesdays from 9 am to 12 pm
- Through appointment only: Thursdays from 4 pm to 8 pm

Tenant law department:
Information about:
- Essentially: the particular rules for leases related to principal residence and the general rules for building lease (civil code).
- Also: The Brussels Regional Public Service's housing fund and A.D.I.L.'s rent guarantee (no assistance when looking for accommodation).

Legal Aid Department:
Information about:
- the right to social integration income (R.I.S.), the right to different types of social aid given by the C.P.A.S., appeal procedures at labour court, recovery of aid granted by the C.P.A.S., procedures of access to different professional rehabilitation programs starting with the C.P.A.S, the right to guaranteed family benefits, the right to guaranteed income for the elderly (G.R.A.P.A.).

The consultations are free and for all. The non-profit organisation offers no financial or material aid services.
The non-profit organisation is recognised as a general organisation for lifelong learning by the Wallonia-Brussels Federation and as an association working towards the integration through housing by the Brussels-Capital Region.
It is supported as a Health initiative by the French community commission.
It is certified as a front-line legal service by the Federal Public Service Justice.
